I recently just swapped another b16a SiR-II in to my 94 civic ex. It had one in there before and it ran well but the motor blew.

I can't get it to start. I have fuel (check into fuel rail and checked injectors) and I have spark (removed a spark plug and crank it). Spark plugs are in the right order. I have tried both distributor positions (0 and 180) (I thought it was only suppose to go in one way???)

My CEL is on but I can't figure out what codes it is throwing. It is an OBD1 ecu.

    Here is a video:
YouTube - Check Engine Light Code?????

Any help would greatly be appreciated!!!!

Pretty sure all my grounds are connected securely. I am getting spark and fuel.
