just replace the trunk bulb with an LED bulb, then it wont matter if its on or not because it would take like a year to drain your battery.

just lock yourself in the trunk and become completly familiar with everything around you... so when we have a questiona bout something being in the trunk you will be good for something...... maybe you could do this in your engine bay too lol
