i have a b16a ef im bout to turbo ima be running 9psi with 450cc injectors.. i wanna upgrade my throttle body to 68mm then port match my stock intake manifold...is 68mm gonna be to big

I don't see why that would be too big, but I also don't see why you're getting a larger TB already anyway. Why not wait to get a new TB until you have an intake manifold as well? You'll see better gains.

no doubt im gonna go with a 65mm and port the intake to match you dont think thats gonna help make more power ??? why wait ???

Its not that you wont make more power but it might not be cost effective. You would make more power with a better i/m and t/b for the money you will spend to port and match.
