Turbo buildup

    im looking to build my ls to round 300hp. it has 100k miles on it and im gonna sleeve and rebuild it. should i replace my oil and water pumps to be safe? should i got wit OEM pumps or upgrade?

    water pump won't be effected... but if you havne't changed it, do so, along with your timing belt.

    as for the oil pump, it's not necessary, but theres a chance (like every part) that it will break.
    pro drive makes a (expensive) unit that is supposedly stronger.

    aight thanx. im gonna go head and replace my oil and water pumps just to be safe and new timing belt as well.
