I have a Greddy TD05H-18G that compressor is bored out to a 20G wheel
Which is better a t3/t4 or mine?

"better" is a matter of opinion.

but moreover, there's 12312423423423 t3/t4's, 23423424234 wheels, 23423423424 trims, 123423423 housings, 34234234 bearings, 34234232423 port jobs, that make this comparison pretty useless

Here is what you should really do...

Figure out what level of pressure you wish to run on your system.

Figure out how CFM you can flow with this engine.

Find Compressor Charts and figure which is the most efficent for you. No one has the time or patience to say what trim/size/housing you should run. Either emulate someone else or read up.
