Hi there i have searched but can not find, when you turbo ya honda what do you have to do to your stock computer

You need to chip it or go with a standalone like AEM EMS. I chipped mine and I am using the moates ostrich and crome pro. There are others like hondata, neptune, uberdata. Go to PGMFI.org for more info and how to's and xenocron.com for your chipping parts.

so the chip reads boost then?

The chip has boost tables if it is added to the program you are running, but the map sensor reads the boost and turns it into a signal the ecu can read.
