turbo d16z6 or b16 swap

i have a civic with a d16z6 that is blown up. i can get a new motor and a turbo kit for roughly around 1200 dollars. finding a b16 is goin to cost atleast 2000 minimum. what would be the fastest yet reliable and cheapest.

For drag? The D16Z6 turbo. The B16 has more ultimate potential, but it's going to cost a lot more to get there. A turbo D will spank a stock B16.

not really drag just quick on the street. i want something that is fast yet i can still use as a daily driver.

Same deal. "Quick on the street" usually associates with stoplight racing, which is really just unmeasured drag racing. Go with the turbo.
