what EXACTLY do i need other than the turbo kit for a 95 Civic dx to keep from blowing my engine up and to produce a lot of boost, like 15psi

plenty of fuel, and solid control over it, drving under proper conditions, listening for detonation, knowing how to avoid detnation, and a shit load of luck
