Where are you getting your info from? The F20B is 11:1, the H22 was available in anything from 10:1 to 11:1. Both have been boosted successfully with great power output. One is not better than the other for boost.
Also, pressure means nothing on its own.... and you can go WAY higher than 7psi on an efficient turbo through redline on a stock block F20B or H22A.
