I've been wondering this for a while, whats the difference between t3 and t4 flanges (part the bolts to manifold)? like is there a visible way to tell the difference, and what about dsm turbos, like the14b, 16g, 20g, ect. if anyone could tell me that would be great.

thanks

Google dont mean to be a dick but its pretty much all down to size, Most dsm turbos you will find will be T3 they all use a 4 bolt.

Imo Hondaswap is best for swaps if you want to learn about turbo + honda on a budget Dserious is a good site.

alright thanks, yeah I just wasn't sure if the bolt holes were in a different spot but they were the same size or if they were just bigger flanges in general or what, I thought that some of the know all turbo guys would have any info

This is the reason for a t3/t4? Also why a 4 bolt on some and a 5 bolt on others? Hot side.....
