Hello:

I just picked up a Saab 9000 intercooler - $125 shipped. (same size as the
Volvo intercooler......maybe a little thinner barely...here are the specs for
the Volvo....The core measures 23" x 18 x 1 1/2". The overall dimentions are 29"
x 18. The inlet/outlet pipes measure 2.5".

These are the turbos I have currently.....

Garrett T-03 .42 A/R compressor .48 A/R turbine built in wastegate
w/actuator. - $240 shipped alone

Garrett T-03 .60 A/R compressor .48 A/R turbine, built in wastegate
w/actuator. - $250 shipped alone

I also have Bosch blow-off-valves. - $20 shipped.


Here is the best deal I can do....Saab 9000 intercooler, any of the Garrett
T-03 turbos, and 1 Bosch blow-off-valve.
All 3 items for $365 shipped.



what do you think good, great, crap??? how much would i need for everything else to make this a complete kit?

his prices are pretty damn high, unless the turbos have been rebuilt.

i have never seen a volvo or saab intercooler 23x18. most are 8x10 or somthing, and none that i know of are front mounts. most are side or kinda tucked awya somewhere. theres no way you are fitting nearly 2' long intercooler on the side. and 18" tall? right.....

my PWR from my full-race kit is 21x11. 11 tall needs the bumper support cut. 18? that would stick through the hood
