I have a jdm b16 with turbo a t4 54 trim. My question is this I'm getting smoke from my exhaust but only when I am off the pedal and people are telling me I am running lean or Rich, is that true? and I'm leaking oil from my valve cover, or valve cover filter. What is the problem?????????

What color is the smoke(white, bluish, or black)? Your valve cover leaking doesn't have anything to do with the smoking and I doubt your "valve cover filter" does either.
 
the color of the smoke is a gray smoke, I was just wondering why oil is seeping thru my valve cover? Thats why I was asking about my leak on my valve cover
 
Your valve cover is leaking because the gasket is bad, the nuts are loose, or you have too much pressure in your crankcase. Check your pcv valve and see if it's stopped up or not.
