turbo rebuild

i was wondering if anyone know where i can send a turbo out to be rebuild? i got one in a junk yard everything spins freely it even had oil in it but the exhaust housing looks a little messed up. more like a little rusty really. and how would i know if it needs to be rebuilt?

if its just some rust, just clean it up. No shaft play? it probably doesn't need to be rebuilt.

when you say shaft play you mean?? it spins easily, not too too easy

shaft play is like how it "wobbles". every turbo will have some.
