TURBO ?

If I have H22A! What turbo size is most used? Iam looking at Garrett T/3 T/4 Turbo! Iam not sure what turbo works best with H22? Does it matter what intercooler i get or What blow off valve? Or even wastegate? I know the kit has to fit in my car and it has to have a little room but is there any certian way I should go? Also does anyone know of any cheap place online to get cheap turbos or at that matter "used" :roll:
