Ok. So after more looking around for turbo kits, i found one better than a cheap ebay one. comes with everything also. i've been in contact with these people. and this turbo kit is about 4 hours away from where i live. it costs a bit more, but it sounds more reliable.

There is only a pic of the turbo itself, but im waiting for a pic of the complete kit.

Check it out and lemme know what you guys think. its hard to judge by one pic, I know. but i'll post one of the whole kit when i get it. Thanks

Turbo Kit, Clutch,header...ALL MUST BE SOLD!!! FPMotorsports - Toronto Engine, Engine Parts For Sale - Kijiji Toronto

They sell the same expensive paper weights as ebay does, you can spot a ching-chong turbo from a mile away.

I sent an email asking if it comes with an oil line kit and this is the email i got.

Hello,

As a Christmas gift we will include a complete "OIL LINE" kit, making this kit : EVERYTHING YOU NEED.
Offer will expire Jan.1.2010.
This is the best kit on the market!
No other kit makes as much power, no other kit fits the same, no other kit offers such warranty etc....

Thanks,

So if this kit is pretty much the same thing as an ebay kit it would be better to get an ebay one, knowing that it only comes with an oil line kit at christmas time. Also because the ebay kit comes with everything and is $350 cheaper. i know you guys would rather not get an ebay kit, but outta the 2, what would you guys rather get?

lol if you're going to be ripped off you might as well go the cheaper rout

dont 4get da gauges......A/F ratio and a boost gauge be nice to see wat u running and ur fuel....plus try to get an oil restrictor for ur turbo cuz these egay turbo got weak seals or something but they tends to blow den u'll start to blow out blue smoke .....check out some oil restrictor on ebay its cheap and saves ur cheap ass turbo or atleast u can run longer....hope dat help u.....

If you have the turbo seeing the correct amount of oil pressure it will prolong the life of any turbo. Dude, you're going about this all wrong. Just spend the extra dough and do it right! You'll have less problems, make more power on a turbo that has years of R&D to back it,and a solid wastegate that wont fail and junk your whole build with it's paper diaphragm.
I pieced one together for you:
Turbo:
GARRETT T3 Turbo A/R .60 .63 = Ford Thunderbird SVO 2.3:eBay Motors (item 130347778833 end time Dec-27-09 06:49:58 PST)
Manifold:
PFAB Honda Civic Turbo Manifold T3/T4 D16, ZC SOHC:eBay Motors (item 180445445936 end time Dec-24-09 06:22:17 PST)
Wastegate:
TIAL SPORT 38MM WASTEGATE EXTERNAL WG - POLISHED 1 BAR:eBay Motors (item 180223250712 end time Dec-31-09 09:19:01 PST)
BOV, IC, IC Piping:
HONDA CRX 88-91 EF BOLT ON INTERCOOLER+PIPING+BOV 89 90:eBay Motors (item 160342335582 end time Jan-11-10 13:05:54 PST)
Downpipe:
1988-89 90 91 HONDA CRX EF SI DX 5 BOLTS TURBO DOWNPIPE:eBay Motors (item 170414303635 end time Dec-30-09 23:41:02 PST)
Oil Feed & Return can be had at your local hardware store, and you can do it better than the eBay companies. Honestly.
Gauges (these are nice, get the oil temp, oil pressure and boost gauges):
88-91 HONDA CIVIC TRIPLE PILLAR + 3 BLUE DIGITAL GAUGES:eBay Motors (item 350284104855 end time Dec-24-09 15:47:43 PST)
And finally, the tuning stuff:
Hit up Xenocron or phearable for the chip, find a reputable tuner to tune it
And you NEED a wideband, expect to pay ~200-300 for one.

IMO, this would make a solid little turbo kit. But, do what you want.

That's ~1400 for those components (+ the wideband and oil line setup) not bad for what you're getting in comparison to a shitty eBay kit.

Thanks for the help man. im gonna go that route. but thats an expensive turbo manifold. lol

It's expensive, but it won't crack on you 30+ times like an eBay manifold will. Paper-thin steel for the lose.

Ok. Well I had most of the cash and was gonna order most of the kit, but due to me almost totaling my ef I had to invest in a set of winter tires. Set me back $750. I was fishtailing straight at oncoming traffic on the hwy. So now i gotta wait another couple of weeks to save more cash.

Do not have doubt in this thread. I will be turboing my zc. I Also just did a head gasket on it.
