It comes from a game called Wing Zero. Basically known for the worst translation of a game in the history of mankind.

Here's the snippet from what I can remember.

In AD 2101, war was beginning.

Captain: What Happen?
Officer: Someone set up us the bomb!
Officer: We get signal!
Caprtain: What?
Officer: Main screen turn on.

Captain: It's you!

Cats: How are you gentlemen.
Cats: All your base are belong to us.
Cats: You are on your way to destruction.
Captain: What you say?
Cats: You have no chance to survive make your time.
Cats: Ha Ha Ha Ha!
