Type R oil pump

I have a 94 LS ( non-vtec). Can I install a Type R water and type R oil pump or do i have to stay with ls pumps...I wasnt sure if these pumps are only for vtec app's..

All B-series oil pumps are interchangeable.

Oh, sorry, missed that.

Yeah, same thing with the water pumps, but if you use a Type-R or GSR water pump (same exact thing), you've gotta use a Type-R or GSR timing belt.
