type r wheels and brakes

I just put a b16a in my crx and i want to put type r wheels on my car now but they are 5 lug as you probably already know.Will type r spindles and brakes fit for intega type r wheels on a 1989 crx si.

why not just get HX wheels and paint them white ??

I do not know exactly how its done but i've seen it only 2 times.From what i have heard its not easy at all unless you have a 92-00 civic
