Type R, Which Year Is The Best?

yo, just want some information on which type r b18c jdm motor is the best? I heard that the 98 ones were is this true?
what are your opnions?

i heard the newer ones have better cams, but i dont know if its true

98+ as far as JDM ones go:
stronger springs on the intake side (for higher reving)
JDM 4-1 header stock
4.785 FD
higher compression (11.1:1 vs 10.6:1)

2000+ ITR Intake cams are also better... compared to 97-99 ITR's.
