Unknown wiring harness?

I bought this car for $900 from a frend a month ago, and i still have not gotton it to run. The fuel pump comes on and everthing else works, but dousnt turn over i was wondering if this harness could be the reason why its a 89 crx dx any help would be appreiated.

It doesn't crank at all? I don't know for sure but that looks to me like a plug that goes to the ignition switch.

I would try locating the one that's in there and plugging it back in first
