It could very well be a different chick, however using a tattoo to base your guess off of doesnt make sense to me.

I know a shitload of people who have gotten tattoos over the last year.
in fact my coworker just showed me her new "first" one today =)

wtf is up with her tattoos anyways, they justs dont seem to fit her.
maybe if she had others, but to look "clean - scars" then to tattoo your forearms... bah.

I know B is starting to dig that stuff, but for me... no thanks =)
