Hello,

I have a 2002 Honda Civic EX coupe. I want to upgrade by brakes by going bigger and disc brakes all around. I was wondering if I could use the brakes from a 20XX Civic SI or some other car that would work on mine without major fabrication? Or if there are any kits (hopefully bolt on)? My car is a four lug and I am okay with going to a five lug. I have seen some kits on Ebay for a five lug but I don't know if they will work with my car without some sort of major fabrication.

Thanks,
R

Hi there. Have you looked in to using parts from the RSX/Integra? Very similar chassis...the brakes and hubs should bolt up to your car fairly easily...

The parts that I have found on Ebay are for a RSX. Does it matter which year or model? Do I need to make sure I purchase anything extra for the rear since it is currently drums and I want to upgrade them to disk?

Thanks,
R
