the main differences are in the "slow" reply box (opposite of fast reply?) and other than that, its a lot of back-end hanges and administration areas

i LOVE the quick edit feature.

this version supports the new AJAX protocol, which basically processes server-side requests that USED to require a page re-load to go to the server with a client-side interface with no full page re-load.

the quick edit is also available for topic titles and so forth for mod quick-edits too
