USDM ITR header on GSR motor

I have an opportunity to get an ITR header from a buddy of mine, to put on my GSR motor. It will be hooking up to a test pipe and Apexi N1.
I was just wondering if it will produce noticeable gains, sound different, and flow better? Or if it is really worth getting.

yes its worth getting but it is longer than the GSR header so you will likely need to make some adjustments at the test pipe
