    If you connected the VTEC soleniod to 12v at idle on a DOHC motor would the secondary lobes activate and make a "lumpy" idle.

    I just thought of this and wanted to know.:)

    i don't think so, plus you don't have enough oil pressure to engage vtec anyway.
