In the end that thing would basically have to be a tube chassis with the rex body panels bolted on. It'd probably end up looking like you took a Honda Odyssey (not the minivan) and bolted on the rex body w/ the 350, lol

We are all telling you that in the end it's not worth it so why are you still asking what we think? As with everyone I agree if you have to ask you are not ready to do it. I would get rid of the 350 and put something that fits and doesn't require that many modifications to go into the car. Or sell the car and buy something the engine fits into.

well i guess am not going do this a project. cause u guys tired to tell me that in the end its not worth it. i have two of the car in the back. the one is 91 honda civic crx and 91 hinda civic hatchback, but i will trying to selling the 91 civic hatchback then buy something the engine fits into. what about 1980 to 1989 chevy pick up ?

80-89 chevy S10? awesome
they sell mount kits and headers for that swap

i think you can buy the whole conversion pretty cheap

If you're just lookin for something to hold the 350 to have some fun, then the s10 would be cool. personally i'd find a pre '72 chavy or gmc to throw it in. I've had two of them and they are cool trucks.

well, it depends on what kind of frame you said you have sitting in the backyard. If you seriously wanted to do something like that, first understand that the car basically becomes worthless except to you, so make sure you never want to sell the car. Then, if you don't know how to weld, learn. Other than that it would probably be a fun little project if done right, but it would never be streetable, so you'd have to trailer that shit to a strip which is a PIA in my opinion.

i actually want to do it, but everyone told me to not worth it:cool:

those things are fugly...but they are light

lmao yeh i know. they lookin fukin box! lol o well ill trying to selling the 91 civic hatchback to get a chevy then thank u guys for some advice:rotflmao:

But i think the H22 ones for the rex are usually a little more arent they? I remember they were a while back when they first came out
but arent the crx and civic the same engine bay of that year

i really dont know what kinda of 350,i gotta askin ma dad wat kinda of 350 he got. well i dont even like an h22. thats why i got a b18c1 engine swap into my 95 civic
I'd take the H22 in the rex any day if you are just wanting to go fast, besides its a hell of a lot cheaper. Or you can always do a K...:p

wtf is that? Is that your car? And you dont really make the engine bay bigger, IIRC you have to make a little room on a cross member or something like that, either by notching or denting with your weapon of choice.
