vaccum lines?

im getting a MAP code on my ECU, and my HF manifold had 2 vacum hoses and my new motor has only one, how do i fix that? do i use a T hose connector for them and run it to one??

sorry, HF origionally, Put in a D16a6/z6 head mini-me. with the CRX SI ECU. the HF manifold has 2 vacum lines and the si has only 1 going to the intake mani. Im getting a code 3 and 5, MAP sensor....
