i have a 99 ex w/d16y8...
i was looking at the engine today and seen a vacuum T that had an open end and was wondernig if it supposed to be like that? i can't find anything in my Chiltons or Haynes manuals so i was wondering if anybody could help me out. it is located between the valve cover and intake manifold, it has one hose going to the back of the head right below the valve cover and the other one is opened with nothing. i had my car running and put my finger over it to see what happens and the idle slows a little bit, haven't tried driving with it covered yet because i wanted to find out if it was supposed to be like that first before i go plugging shit up. if any body cuold help that would be great. thanks.
