Valve Springs

for A B16a2 engine, i wanna put after market cams, and I'm looking around at different cams, how much lift can the stock valve springs take, before i would need to upgrade them for more agressive cames
Stock lift is I:10.5mm and E:9.6mm

i don't know the exact lift of the CTR or the skunk2 stage 1's but the lift on those cams are the highest that i think the springs could handle...just change the springs and retainers anyway...you'll thank me in the long run
