please help me, this is my 3rd ek vti ( b16 ) and im lloking for good cam timing figures using adjustable gears, please help me!

not sure what your asking, do you want to degree your cams in ?
Do you want the stock figures, valve lap, and center line ?
if there aftermarket it's eatched in the back or on a pad on the cam.

cam timing

im looking for cam timing figures i.e 105 in 108 ex for example to use with light modifications like ek9 profile cams, 4 into 1 manifold, cat back system etc.
i was wondering if any one had any good settings they know of that work!

Every car is different...what's good for one may lose power in another. Best advice...keep it stock until you can get it tuned.
