    He also has a filter chillin on his valve cover for the pcv system. Kinda noobish...

    Neat i guess. idk about havin my motor hang off the back tho. in a vehicle like that i'd probably bang it up.

    It only hangs off a little bit more thn the stock Bug motors do.

    technically not VTEC if there are vtec killer cams.. notice he shaved the vtec off the valve cover too and no vtec solenoid.. probably restrictions for racing

    It was my dads when he was younger, weve been building it for about 2 years now. Its kind of been on the back burner because weve been restoring a VW Bus for my sister.

    I usta be pretty into VW's. I had a '69, but it just sat and I didnt work on it as much as I should have. So, it got sold.

    i'd love to have a bug.. my GF had one when we met.. her sister totalled it.. she still has the motor so i will probably buy a shell and build one up some day

    I got mine for free lol. It was complete, minus interior, and all that was wrong was rust on the passenger floor pan. Which is pretty common.

    They are so versitile too, you can make them into just about anything, rat rod, street car, drag car, drift whore, off roader, anything.
    You can buy a whole bug in parts from aftermarket companies.
