92 shouldnt be obd-0 -92-93 integras are usually obd-1.
90-91 integra is obd-0.
 
won't work. not because of vtec or obd or wiring issues... but because the older heads (pre 94 teg, pre 92 civic) use a different type of shaft or something to that extent.

but you can easily turn a profit on the gsr dizzy and pick up the one you need
