i did a y7/z6 mini me and vtec is not working. i ran the wires to a4 and d6 but im wondering if it is ok to ground the oil pressure switch to the distributor bolt? would this make it not work?

A y7/z6 mini me? You couldn't get your hands on a y8 head or what?

Could it be something to do with the fact that the y7 is obd-2 and the z6 is obd-1?

And what ecu are you using?

edit: nevermind i didn't even read that you already fixed it

the z6 head is actually better for the mini me at least in my opinion. more tuning options with the obd-1 head.
