Wakarusa Winter Classic

Beginning January 13th, the Wakarusa Festival will be traveling around on a quest to locate the best regional musicians the Midwest has to offer. At every stop on the tour, several bands will compete in a regional talent showcase. The winner of each showcase, as decided by the fans in attendance, will receive an invitation to play at Wakarusa 2012!

Haha def not. I've just fallen in love with the music festival scene :rimshot: and wanna see all my friends there. I'm just sharing news and info as I find out. Which was mainly the artist announcements. I've learned there are a lot of good shows out west too and I'm DYING to go to Cali now :D !!!

Just was trying to find out what other festivals are out there so we can share with each other. It's all about learning new experiences
 
OK here is the latest I've found out. There is a new Interstellar Meltdown Facebook Page and For every 100 new users, they are giving away Merch to a random person through Monday! Interstellar Meltdown | Facebook check it out and maybe you can win free stuff. I know I'm gonna try!

Here's a link to his promotions company http://destructiveinterference.com/ that I found on the youtube channel under the same screen name, TaylorC01. On this youtube channel there are videos of various music festivals that he has probably had some hand in producing and promoting, which, makes all this shit a bunch of fucking spam. :ban:

DI Productions is my roommates company he started. It's small and Nashville only. No affiliation with the music festivals, geez. Why so much hate for promoting what we love? I don't understand? I earn no money or anything else by sharing this information. Just thought some people would be interested in learning about the festivals. But seems like "UNDR8D" doesn't want anybody to learn about this stuff. sorry guys for sharing my passions with you.
 
The way you word it makes it sound more like you are being paid to promote, rather than that you are just "passionate" about it...and I fucking HATE being advertised to, especially attempted viral spam bullshit...

I wish i was getting paid. that would be awesome, bu't i'm not. I thought Members Lounge was a place we could come to talk about anything we wanted to. Just talking about my hobbies and trying to get people to experience the music festivals I have come to love. So ya i guess you could say i'm advertising stuff I love to you, but I assure you i'm not getting anything out of it
