i have a 99 civic i want to upgrade to a better engine what way should i go. i kno i want to build on the engine definatley turbo whats best way to go? thanks for any help
 
How much money do you want to spend, and how much power do you want? There are infinite possibilities...
 
i dont want to spend more than 5 grand on the swap. i was looking into the h22, b16, or b18 dont kno with one is ideal. i kno i want to b faster and i want something that can take being hard on and that will hold a turbo
