theres a nice little spot on tax forms that allow you to pay in as much extra as you want

if they were being honest about not feeling like they are paying in their fare share, and really wanted to pay more, all they have to do is stop hiding money through creative accounting, offshore accounts, and tax loopholes... and then if they still feel that they should give more then they can simply pay more... no one is stopping them
