I'm not sure if you're referring to the actual weather stripping (the rubber set inside the door) or the black coated material that sets above the door (like on early model crx's). If it is actually the rubber inside the door, hit the local parts store and pick up some 3M weatherstrip adhesive. Just make sure your contact points are clean and that stuff will stick like gorilla snot!
if your talking about the weatherstripping that runs along the door frame pinch welds sometimes theres a metal strip inside the urethane you need to bend to get it to hold otherwise glue it
