look them dead in the eye and tell them "im sterile, but thanks for the reminder."
that should put a quick stop to it, but later when the babies do come, the fun starts when everybody wonders who the daddy is. lol

but then even if you have one it still wont stop...then it turns into, when is number 2 coming? You can just have one you know. Or now you have to have a girl since you had a boy. We were getting that while still in the hospital!
