weird rattle type noise coming from rear of engine bay

here a video. i could never pin point where this sound is coming from but its loudest on the intake side of the engine. doesnt really sound like it coming from the bottom of the block but it sounds like it could be a ball bearing rattle.

Have you replaced the timing belt tensioner?

its not the heat shields. i goes with the rpms it seems. i have no replaced the tensioner.. i thought it was that too but it seems like alot of noise near the intake mani. there is 1 stock gsr lifter and 7 itr lifters or "lma's". but idk if thats the sound

I can hear the valvetrain so I doubt it's that. I'm thinking maybe loose hardware somewhere? I suggest using a stethoscope if you can.

Also, just thought of this; maybe the IACV cycling?

my car makes a noise similar to this, and im scared to drive it because of it. i cant figure out what it is.. ive replaced timing belt, tensioner, etc. not sure..

yours sounds a little different than mine though..
