definitely sounds like oil seals. Keep in mine the thinner the oil, the easier it will leak out. Get new valve seals, they cost likw 20 bucks + a morning of wrench turning. It's most likely your intake side seals, but it is possible that the exhaust seals are bad too. Just replace all of them, it's pretty easy. If you want to check it out before actually popping out the springs and what not, just pull your IM, and check the ports with a good light and a mirror if you need one. You'll definitely see a film of oil if its at bad as you say; same goes for the header side. As for the ecu, just get a stock mapped ecu put into your car for the time being if you don't have anything but the swap.
