what can i expect of a b16 in mah civic??

    alright guys....
    here i go agian there is just $200 left to get the b16 and i cant wait to do any swap in mah car cuz the d16z6 is round 217000 miles...so is time to upgrade i can affrord the gsr so ima stuck wit the b16..if i get c/h/e......what can i expect from it...moreover i have the VACFII..so if i get a fuel/ratio piggy computer can i put some descent numbers???? after this i would build it to allmotor setup...should i be doing something right???:ph34r:

    you can expect it to be a bit faster than before, but not much.

    with C/H/E you can see some where in the 14s, but it all depends on the conditions, like track,tires, and the driver.

    3 or 4 years ago I ran 14.86 in a 98 Civic 4-door on bald all-season tires with a bone stock OBD0 B16A with the supposed 'weaker' automatic cams, Exedy stage 1 clutch, and an ITR transmission with a stock intake and an open OEM manifold.

    So 14's are easily doable.
