What can he do to get it run good for turbo, I mean does he have to change pistons or some other modification???

ok here is what you NEEDto make your motor turbocharged--


turbo
mani
dp
oil lines
external wastegate ( if not internally gated)
piping
couplings
some device to increase fuel

thats the bare minimum, id run no more than 5-6 psi on that setup tho
