what could you use to strike a match?

    too lazy to go down to the car to get your lighter?

    if you have basic wood safety matches and nothing around to strike them with, you can strike them on phenolic. go me! :)

    I usually tend to have matches still in the matchbook... so the obvious choice is on the matchbook.

    Rock? Wall? File? Speaker Grate? Anything rough? Not rocket science here..

    You could have also used your stove (Even if its electric) to light your smoke... That way you dont get that nasty match sulfur taste...

    didnt have a matchbook, and my stove is gas and broken. eventually :rolleyes: it will get fixed.

    Strike 'Anywhere' matches have to be one of Man's greatest inventions ever. It's right up there with the TV in the fridge.
