What do I need for swap?

I have a 1999 civic EX and Im about to do an LS integra swap. Im new at the honda thing. I drive a built 3zTT. I need to know aside from the engine, tranny, ECU, and harness, what do I need to finish this swap (eg. motor mounts, etc.)
My ex is an auto so I know im gonna need a pedal Thanks
