What do these unplugged wires go to?

The green and yellow wires and thwe red one with the gold thing...\

also the open hole on the intake manifold...

and the rest of the unplugged things in the dash.

Ok to start out with you are having some wiring issues. It looks like some one used to have a alarm on the car and took it off. The open with the threads is for a screw that holds the wiring in place so dont worry about that. The open brass nipple on the intake is for a vacum source just plug that or look for a loose hose and youll be fine. But as far as the wires under the dash just try to trace there sources or get a haynes or a helms with a wiring diagram and start hunting
