I need better suspension for my car but i cant lower it much (damn side skirts), What do you guys think of GC coilovers? If they arent good what do you recommend.

when you say:

"I need better suspension"

and "What about ground controls..."

This suggests to me you cant (yet?) afford a decent suspension setup.
Any suspension set up that is relatively cheap ...... will not be better than your stock suspension.

keep it stock until you can afford the real deal, otherwise enjoy the fucked up ass ride ground controls and other shitty "coil overs" give you
 
The man has a point, Coil overs tend to be very bouncy when used without a good dampner. Get a set of springs.
