What ECU do I need

I have a b18 with b16 head and a t3/t4 turbo i need to know what ECU i need to run this OBD0 motor in my OBD0 CRX DX what wire harness do i need. also, the turbo is set at 12 psi i want to go down to 8 or 9 psi how do i do that?

i don't know everything is obd0 if that helps the block is a 91 im guessing the head is a 91
