What fuel system to upgrade to?

hey guys, just wondering what some of you may have done or pan to do as far as your fuel system. i'd like to upgrade my fuel pump, lines, add a pressure regulator, to add to my aem fuel rail on my h22a. what are some good companies out there for this, how much volume should i be pushing, will the pump work with my 92 Accord? thanks in advance!

Unless you're planning on running a fully-built n/a setup, or turboing the H22, you'll be wasting your money upgrading the fuel system.
