What head should I use for a LS/VTEC turbo?

I want to put together a LS/VTEC turbo. What's the best head to use for this combo? The b18c5, b18c1, or b16a. From what I have read, it's best to have quench style combustion chambers. The b16a, and the b18c5, do not have quench style combustion chambers, which promote a even burning mixture that's less likely to detonate. I would appreciate any feedback.

Any B vtec head will work, it would depend on your goals, and if you must squeeze every last drop of performance out, but there's absolutely nothing wrong with the PR3 head.
