what is a pgm relay?

what is a pgm relay and is it easy to fix. i'm looking at a car for sale and it says it needs one.

I'd guess he's talking about the good ol' main relay...there aren't really any other relays on a Honda that would cause it not to run...

I'd be weary of that though, as a main relay is a simple plug-and-play fix, and wouldn't sell a car for dirt cheap just because of that...

yeah more than likely it is an electrical issue. I thought the relay was bad on my integra but it turned out to be some wierd ground that was un hooked. but if it is the main relay that is the problem it is a super easy $20.00 fix.
